Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. After 30 days, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags and accessories included
  • Accompanied by your proof of purchase (order confirmation email)

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Damaged items due to misuse or improper handling by the customer
  • Perishable or hygiene-related products once opened

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@highaul.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
